SHIPPING OF PACKAGES
Packets are processed in the order they are received.
Orders received are processed and shipped within one day after receipt of payment.
The shipment is made by courier with tracking or delivery with signature (MONDAY - FRIDAY).
Delivery time varies up to 24-72 hours.
Any product in stock can be delivered within 15 working days.
The products will be delivered only after paying the full payment.
We do not assume responsibility for delays in delivery, these delays may occur due to circumstances that no longer depend on us.


TRANSPORT TARIFFS
For orders between 0 GBP - 100 GBP the cost of delivery will be:
  • Priority - 5.50 GBP
  • Standard - 4.50 GBP 
  • Next Day Delivery by 1PM - 9 GBP.
FREE shipping applies to orders over GBP 100.01 or more, with a delivery address in the UK.
Transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the transport, instead handling fees are fixed.
In the Shipping Taxes it is included in the handling and packaging fee of the products, as well as the postal costs.
Please place the products in a single order when placing an order. If you have placed two orders separately, the shipping fees will apply for each one.
The products are carefully packaged by us to ensure that any order will arrive safely at you.
CAREFUL! In the cold season, we recommend unsealing the products after 12 hours from receiving the package, so that the products reach room temperature.
BEAUTY NAILS SHOP LTD is not responsible for any delays in parcels, being exonerated from any fault in this regard through commercial contracts concluded with courier service providers.


DELIVERY AND PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Delivery rates will vary depending on the delivery option chosen.
The packages are delivered in 2-5 working days, from the placing of the order, within the available stock. Delivery is by Royal Mail.
If delivery is not possible within 15 days (UK) of receiving the order, we will inform you of any changes and offer you the option to cancel the order or receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Deliveries are made only in the UK.
Orders placed from MONDAY to FRIDAY will be processed the day after receipt.
Please note that orders are not shipped on Friday, Saturday and Sunday or for public holidays, they will be shipped the next business day.
If you have processed an order and the products are not in stock, you will be contacted regarding this information, you will be able to cancel the order, choose a similar product or a full refund of the amount paid or you can continue with your order.
When the package leaves the Your Nail Shop headquarters, you will be notified by e-mail.


PACKAGE RETURN AND RETURN
Returns will be accepted in accordance with British law.

EXPEDIEREA COLETELOR

Pachetele sunt procesate in ordinea primirii acestora.

Comenzile primite sunt prelucrate si expediate in termen de o zi dupa primirea platii.

Expedierea se face prin curier cu urmarire sau predare cu semnatura ( LUNI - VINERI ).

Timpul de livrare variaza pana 24- 72 ore.

Orice produs din stoc poate fi livrat in termen de 15 zile lucratoare.

Produsele vor fi livrate doar dupa achitarea platii integrale.

Nu ne asumam raspunderea pentru intarzieri in livrare, aceste intarzieri pot aparea din cauza unor circumstante care nu mai depind de noi.

 

TARIFE DE TRANSPORT

La comenzile cuprinse intre 0 GBP - 100 GBP costul comenzi va fii:

Transportul GRATUIT se aplica la comenzile ce depasesc 125.01 GBP sau mai mult, cu o adresa de livrare in Marea Britanie.

Costurile de transport variaza in functie de greutatea totala a transportului, in schimb taxele de manipulare sunt fixe.

In Taxele de transport este inclusa in taxa de manipulare si ambalare a produselor, precum si costurile postale.

Va rugam in momentul plasarii unei comenzi sa grupati produsele intr-o singura comanda. Daca ati plasat doua comenzi separat, taxele de expediere se vor aplica pentru fiecare in parte.

Produsele sunt ambalate de catre noi cu atentie pentru a ne asigura ca orice comanda va ajunge in siguranta la dvs..

ATENTIE! In sezonul rece va recomandam desigilarea produselor dupa 12 ore de la primirea coletului, pentru ca produsele sa ajunga la temperatura camerei.

BEAUTY NAILS SHOP LTD nu se face responsabila pentru eventualele intarzieri ale coletelor, fiind exonerata de orice vina in acest sens prin contractele comerciale incheiate cu furnizorii de servicii de curierat.

 

LIVRAREA SI PROCESAREA COMEZILOR

Tarifele de livrare vor varia in functie de optiunea de livrare aleasa.

Livrarea coletelor se face in 2-5 zile lucratoare, de la plasarea comenzii, in limita stocului disponibil. Livrarea se face prin Royal Mail. 

In cazul in care livrarea nu este posibila in termen de 15 zile (Marea Britanie) de la primirea comenzii, noi va vom informa cu privire la orice modificari si va oferim optiunea de a anula comanda sau de a primi rambursarea integrala a sumei platite.

Livrarile se fac numai in Marea Britanie.

Comenzile plasate de LUNI pana VINERI vor fi procesate a doua zi dupa primire.

Va rugam sa retineti ca comenzile nu sunt expediate vineri, sambata si duminica sau de sarbatorile legale, vor fi expediate in urmatoarea zi lucratoare.

Daca ati procesat o comanda si produsele nu sunt in stoc, veti fi contactat cu privire la aceste informatii, veti avea posibilitatea de a anula comanda, alegerea unui produs asemanator sau rambursarea integrala a sumei platite sau puteti continua cu comanda dvs..

RETURUL SI RETURNAREA PACHETELOR

Returnari vor fi acceptate in conformitate cu legislatia britanica.

Produsele care au fost desigilate dupa livrare, nu mai pot fi returnate deoarce prezinta imposibilitatea de a putea fi repuse la vanzare.

Este astfel obligatorie utilizarea ambalajului original pentru returnarea produsului respectiv.

Dupa completarea formularului de retur acesta il va trimite impreuna cu factura si produsele ce doreste a le returna la adresa mentionata.

Cumparatorul va putea obtine rambursarea contravalorii produselor returnate in termen de 14 zile lucratoare de la data in care BEAUTY NAILS SHOP LTD. primeste inapoi produsele.

Privind drepturile consumatorilor, cheltuielile de returnare a produselor vor fi suportate de cumparator.

- Numele produslui deteriorat sau incorect

- Informatii despre produsul defect sau incorect.

 CODURI POSTALE GRESITE

Nu ne asumam responsabilitatea din cauza introducerii gresite a codului postat sau a erorilor de scriere iar noi nu observam greseala si va trimitem coletul la un cod postal gresit, nu oferim nicio rambursare pentru colet sau pretul de livrare.
